1) Department of Craft Arts

The Department of Craft Arts' curriculum empowers students to make innovative approach to traditional Korean craftsmanship that not only encompass the traditional ways but also the contemporary techniques. The subjects offered include: material studies. color studies. drawings, and 2D/3D computer graphics.

2) Department of Visual Communication Design

The Department of Visual Communication Design offers rigorous education that provides various design experiences both in class and outside of the classroom. While rooted in traditional design foundation. visual design students learn to design for ever-changing technology and media through offered courses. exchange programs. internships and co-op programs.

3) Department of Industrial Design

Our aim is to address the designer's role in connecting people and technology through purposeful integration of aesthetic. functional. sustainable. and social considerations. We prepare students to meet social demands and be able to leave lasting impression on the minds of the people with their work

4) Department of Fashion Design

We believe that originality in fashion design results from a rigorous process of developing and polishing ideas to problem solving. Our specialized fashion education allows students' aesthetics and creativity to flourish while providing a firm grounding in practical and technical skills needed for career success; students will be exposed to the real demands of the ever-changing fashion world.

5) Department of Housing and Interior Design

The Housing and Interior Design combines sciences. arts. technologies. and culture to contribute to implementing comfortable and unique environment in consideration of the social and environmental factors. We push for a curriculum that integrates the aesthetics and practical sides of the design, which allow the students to unleash their design ideas for spatial environments such as residential space. commercial space. educational space. business space. and exhibition space. Our curriculum is not limited to space itself but also interior environment elements (furniture, lightings, material, color, facilities). design principles. spatial planning process. and presentation methods.

Personal working spaces

Secure spaces for studios and working spaces There are outdoor stone fields. metal and wood studios in the department with various equipments and materials.

Annual international joint exhibitions

The department held joint exhibitions with foreign famous colleges of arts including Novi Sad College of Arts in Servia and the National College of Ornamental Arts of Strasbourg, France. and the National College of Formative Arts of Stuttgart. Germany.

The Department of Visual Design provides opportunities for the students to focus on developing relations with fellow colleagues and alumni by participating in club activities.

The students will have many opportunities to work closely with the alumni for individual projects and competitions and strive to better their craftsmanship by giving each other helpful feedbacks.

Students will be able to take field trips to famous spatial design sites. This trip will be able to enrich their problem solving skills by observation and site lecture.

Offered seminars with guest speakers

The department will bring in guests speakers who are experts in various spatial design-related fields to give students lectures and give the students a chance to develop relationship with companies.
